These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the SEPETİM mobile app and the www.sepetimapp.com website (together, the “Service”).

1. SEPETİM and Contact

These Terms govern use of the SEPETİM mobile app and the www.sepetimapp.com website. “SEPETİM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the party providing the Service; “you” refers to the person using it. 2. Acceptance

Before you create an account or sign in, the app presents these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By selecting the related checkbox, you explicitly confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. Unless you provide that agreement, you cannot create an account, sign in, or access the Service. The Privacy Policy is a separate notice explaining how personal data is processed.

3. Scope of the Service

SEPETİM helps you collect product links from different e-commerce sites into lists; retrieve product names, prices, images, stock, and variant information; track price and stock changes; receive notifications; and share lists according to the visibility setting you choose. SEPETİM is not a seller, marketplace, payment service, or party to a product purchase.

4. Eligibility and Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, current account information and safeguard your account and sign-in credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use multiple accounts to circumvent limits, blocks, moderation, or security measures.

5. User Content and Visibility

Your lists, category names, links, profile information, and report descriptions are “User Content.” You retain your rights in User Content. By adding it to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to hosting, technically reproducing, processing, and displaying that content according to your visibility setting as needed to operate the Service. It may be sublicensed only to technical providers involved in operating the Service and only as necessary. This license ends when your account and content are deleted, subject to technical backup and legal retention periods.

“Public” lists may be viewed by other users and people with the link; “friends” lists may be viewed by users who meet the relevant friendship requirement. Check your visibility setting before sharing.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Post unlawful, misleading, threatening, harassing, obscene, or infringing content,
• Impersonate another person or disclose personal data without authorization,
• Transmit malware or test, bypass, or disrupt Service security,
• Use unauthorized automation, excessive requests, reverse engineering, scraping, or other activity that interferes with normal operation,
• Circumvent blocks, quotas, moderation, or access restrictions, or
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Social Features and Moderation

SEPETİM has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may block other users and report objectionable content or behavior. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user and their content from your view.

We review reports of objectionable content within no more than 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, we remove the offending content and temporarily or permanently eject the user who provided it from the Service. We may also restrict content where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Except in urgent safety situations, we will explain the reason where reasonably possible. 8. Third-Party Sites, Products, and Rights

Product names, prices, images, stock, and variant details are retrieved automatically from third-party e-commerce pages. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Before buying, verify price, availability, features, and seller terms on the seller’s page. Product purchases and transactions are between you and the relevant seller.

Third-party trademarks, images, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. If you are a rights holder and believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact us with the content link and details of your request.

9. Notifications

Price-drop, stock, friendship, and security notifications depend on your device and app preferences. Notifications may be delayed or fail because of your device, network, or third-party notification services. You can manage them in the app and operating system settings.

10. SEPETİM Intellectual Property

The Service software, design, logo, brand, and content we create belong to SEPETİM or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license may be revoked if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to and Availability of the Service

We may change, temporarily suspend, or remove features for security, technical, or product-development reasons. We will give advance notice of material, foreseeable changes where reasonably possible. The current Service is free. If a paid feature is introduced later, its price, term, renewal, cancellation, and mandatory consumer rights will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

12. Warranties and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universal device compatibility, or the accuracy of third-party product information. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights under Türkiye’s Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or other applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from transactions with third-party sellers, inaccurate or delayed price/stock information, or events outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, a security risk, or a legal obligation. Where the nature of the risk permits, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.

You may terminate by using Account → Deactivate my account in the app or the method described on our Account Deletion page. The account remains recoverable for 30 days and then enters the permanent-deletion process.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms because of changes to law, security, or the Service. We will notify you through the app or another appropriate channel before a change that materially affects your rights takes effect. If you disagree, you may close your account before the effective date. Changes will not be applied retroactively to your detriment.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Users acting as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction occurred, subject to applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules. Other disputes are handled by the courts and enforcement offices authorized by law.
